Audi claims a 0-100kph sprint time of 5.6 seconds and a top-speed of 250kph.

The carmaker has revealed that the Q8 will be offered in eight exterior colour options in India – Sakhir Gold, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black, Samurai Gray, Glacier White, Satellite Silver, Tamarind Brown, and Vicuna Beige – along with four interior colour options – Okapi Brown, Saiga Beige, Black, and Pando Gray.

Audi Q8 exterior and interior updates

The biggest change to the facelift would be the new headlights, which are now HD Matrix LED units with a laser as an additional high beam, and even gets configurable light signatures. There are subtle upgrades to the grille with new octagonal apertures and ‘L’ shaped inserts. The bumper air intakes have been reshaped too. The rear, too, remains largely the same as its predecessor, but now with digital OLED rear lights with four selectable light designs that work in conjunction with the headlights.

The inside of the new Q8 is virtually identical to the outgoing car, with only cosmetic changes in the seat upholstery with different stitching and inlay patterns. Feature-wise, the Q8 gets an expanded app store and along with built-in third-party music apps such as Spotify and Amazon Music. The driver assistance systems have also been improved upon.

The existing Q8 is priced between Rs 1.07 crore – 1.43 crore (ex-showroom) in India, and the facelifted model can be expected to see a slight step up.
