Vida V1 Pro price, Vida B2B e-bike details

Some components on this upcoming Vida model are shared with the V1 e-scooter range.

Hero MotoCorp’s CEO Niranjan Gupta had earlier revealed that the Vida product portfolio will expand in FY25 with three new models – a “mid-priced” scooter, an “economically priced” scooter and a B2B model. With the re-introduction of the Vida V1 Plus and a new electric scooter’s design patented, the first two areas are covered and the product pictured here is likely the third piece of this puzzle.

  1. Some parts seem to be borrowed from V1 models
  2. Doesn’t feature a floorboard like Yulu, Luna

The front wheel, disc brake, small flyscreen and the fork appear to be quite similar to the Vida V1 range. However, the rest of this product is entirely different. The bright neon yellow double cradle frame seems like where the electric motor, battery pack and other electricals will be housed.

Unlike the Yulu products and the Kinetic E Luna, the Vida B2B model doesn’t have a floorboard but instead has luggage racks both fore and aft. Considering that these sorts of vehicles tend to be loaded with well over 100 kilos at a time, expect the Vida offering to offer a payload capacity in the triple digits.

While both the new affordable Vida e-scooter and this utilitarian last-mile mobility product are slated to launch in FY25, there is no clarity on when these new Vidas will make it to market.
