It is tangy and a little spicy from the chilli flakes and the aroma of the coriander leaves was so good. I love the char grill marks you get from the grill pan.
About Chicken Kebab
Kebab is a type of cooked meat dish that originated in Middle Eastern cuisines. Many variations are popular all over the world. Kebabs are made up of cut up or ground meat, sometimes with vegetables, and various other accompaniments depending on the recipe.
Although kebabs are typically cooked on a skewer over a fire, some kebab dishes, such as tas kebab, are baked in a pan in an oven or prepared as a stew. The traditional meat for kebabs is mutton or lamb, but regional recipes may include beef, goat, chicken, fish, and occasionally pork depending on religious restrictions.
