BHUBANESWAR: The authorities of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo (MSCB) University, Baripada on Saturday urged the state government to sanction Rs 37 crore for construction of buildings and setting up of laboratories at MSCB University due to creation/transfer of five teaching departments to newly created Dharanidhar University, Keonjhar.
