2025 Kawasaki Versys 650 launched at Rs 7.93 lakh


Kawasaki has updated the Versys 650 to comply with the stricter OBD-2B norms. Along with this update, the brand has given its sport tourer a new grey with green paint scheme. At Rs 7.93 lakh, Kawasaki has also hiked the price of the Versys 650 by Rs 16,000.

Has the same design but now comes with a new grey paint scheme

After updating the Ninja 650, Kawasaki has picked another 650 from its lineup to be updated for OBD-2B. This update brings along a new grey with green paint scheme. Aside from these changes, the Versys 650 remains unchanged and continues to be powered by the same 649cc, liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine producing the same 67hp and 61Nm. This engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and also does duty in the aforementioned Ninja 650, Z650, Z650RS and Vulcan S.

This update has also brought along a price hike. At Rs 7.93 lakh, the 2025 Kawasaki Versys 650 is Rs 16,000 dearer compared to the outgoing model. Incidentally, not too long ago, the 2024 Versys 650 was being offered with a discount of Rs 30,000
