The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 has been launched at Rs 7.27 lakh. For this year, Kawasaki has given the Ninja 650 a new green with white/yellow livery and it now complies with the more stringent OBD-2B norms. All these changes have resulted in a Rs 11,000 price hike.

Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets a new green-white livery
For 2025, the brand has retained the old design but wrapped it in a new livery
Kawasaki has updated the Ninja 650 with a new livery — green with white/yellow accents — similar to the one seen on the litre-class Ninja ZX-10R and the middleweight Ninja ZX-6R.
The last recorded price of the 2024 Ninja 650 was Rs 7.16 lakh, and it now stands at Rs 7.27 lakh, marking a price hike of Rs 11,000. However, it’s worth noting that not too long ago, the outgoing model was being offered with a discount of Rs 45,000.
This update for the 2025 Ninja 650 is not a comprehensive one and it still carries the older family fascia. The Ninja 650 is yet to be fully updated to bring it in line with other models such as Ninja 500 and Ninja ZX-6R that adorn the new age Kawasaki face.
Apart from the new livery, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 also complies with the stricter OBD-2B norms. However it remains mechanically unchanged and continues to be powered by a 649cc, twin-cylinder, liquid cooled engine that produces the same 68hp at 8,000 and 64Nm at 6,400Nm. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Alongside the updated Ninja 650, Kawasaki has also updated the Ninja 500 and Eliminator to comply with the OBD-2B norms that came into effect on April 1, 2025. The price of the Ninja 500 remains unchanged, although it is notable that it had recently received a price hike of Rs 5,000, while the Eliminator sees a hike of Rs 14,000.
