The global MICE market exceeded USD 808 billion in 2019, with India contributing a substantial INR 37,576 crore, primarily from Meetings, Incentives, and Conferences. Globally, weddings hold a significant position in the economy, and in India, it thrives as a USD 50-billion industry. The Indian wedding market has defied the odds, witnessing a resounding comeback with a remarkable lineup of 3.2 million events scheduled between November 2022 and February 2023, surpassing last year’s tally of 2.5 million events.
The summit will delve into emerging trends in corporate business travel, exploring the evolving landscape of MICE experiences and the growing grandeur of Indian weddings. It will engage industry stakeholders in insightful discussions and meaningful deliberations. In the evening, the awards ceremony will recognise the trend-setters in the MICE and wedding sectors.
